Registration

  1. To start the enrollment process, click Register.

  2. Complete the Internet Banking Enrollment Form.

  3. Click Register Now.

  4. If all the information was completed successfully, an enrollment confirmation will display.

  5. Your login ID and temporary password will automatically be emailed to you.

Initial Login

Welcome to Farm Bureau Bank’s Internet Banking system. For first-time users, please follow these instructions for Internet Banking access.

Log In

  1. Enter the login ID and password provided to you via email from Farm Bureau Bank. (You may change your login ID and password after the first successful login.)

  2. Click Log In.

Select Delivery Option for Secure Access Code

  1. This page prompts you to select a delivery channel for you to receive a one-time secure access code. This code allows us to verify your identity. You should receive your secure access code within a few moments.

  2. Once you select the delivery channel, click on Continue.

Note: Secure access codes are sent to either your email address or telephone number currently on file with Farm Bureau Bank. If the delivery channel is not current or you do not receive your code within a few minutes, please call 800.492.3276, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.

Enter Secure Access Code

  1. Enter the Secure Access Code you received via telephone or email.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Do not close this window until you have received the Secure Access Code. If you do close the window, you will need to request a new code.

Activate Your Browser

If you are currently using a computer that you regularly use, we will activate your browser for future access. If you are on a public computer, select one-time access and this computer will not be activated.

  1. Select appropriate access option.

  2. Click Continue.

Read and Accept Internet Banking Agreement

  1. Carefully review the Internet Banking Agreement

  2. Click I Accept

Create Online Profile

  1. Enter all information needed to update your online profile

  2. Click on Create Profile.

Information entered updates your online profile ONLY and does not result in a change of address or personal information to any account.

To make a permanent change to your personal information, please contact Farm Bureau Bank at 800.492.3276. Please update this online profile, as necessary, to ensure that we have accurate, up-to-date information. This information is important for providing you the highest level of customer service.

Create New Password

  1. Create and confirm your new password.

  2. Password requirements
    1. Must be at least 6 characters
    2. Cannot be more than 15 characters
    3. Must contain at least one number
    4. Cannot be the same as the last 3 passwords
  3. Click Submit Password Change.

To Change your Login ID

Now you can easily change your login ID and password online! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. From the Preferences menu, click on Security.

  2. Select the Login ID tab.

  3. Enter your self-selected login ID in the New Login ID box.

  4. Click Submit Login ID Change.

To Change your Password

Now you can easily change your login ID and password online! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. From the Preferences menu, click on Security.

  2. Select the Password tab.

  3. For security purposes, you must enter your existing password first then enter and confirm your new password.

  4. Click Submit Password Change.
