INSURANCE
  • Medical*
    At Farm Bureau Bank, we know that our success depends on our team members. One of the ways we reward our team for their contributions is by offering comprehensive, high-quality benefits at a reasonable cost. These benefits are designed to protect your health, your family, and your retirement.

  • Dental*
    Dental insurance is offered to full time team members and their dependents.

  • Vision*
    Vision insurance is offered to full time team members and their dependents.

  • Life Insurance
    Full time team members are provided a life and AD&D policy at twice their annual salary at no cost.

  • Long Term Disability
    Full time team members are provided with Long Term Disability at no cost. Benefits are payable after the team member is unable to work for 90 days.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts
    Tax-deferred spending accounts are available to team member for medical and dependent care expenses. Debit cards are available for Medical FSA accounts.

  • Supplemental Insurance
    Team members may select to purchase supplemental insurance.

* Medical, Dental and Vision benefits start the first day of the month following employment.

TIME OFF BENEFITS
  • Rolling Paid Time Off (PTO)*
    Farm Bureau Bank provides a rolling paid time off accrual program, which features a "bucket" of time where team members can plan for individual needs away from work. Hours will be accrued and awarded into the PTO accrual bucket every pay period as indicated in the chart below. Additionally, PTO will be 100% Bank-owned.

    Team members may continue to accrue up to 160 hours and will not be awarded additional hours per pay period until the balance decreases. NOTE: PTO accruals are based on years of service and job grade.

  • Holidays
    Team members will get paid for 6 Bank holidays per calendar year

  • Service Day
    Full time team members will get 8 hours per year per calendar year

  • Salary Continuation Program
    Full-time team members may be eligible for up to 90 days of paid Family Medical Leave, based on tenure

RETIREMENT BENEFITS
  • 401K
    All team members will be automatically enrolled at a 5% contribution after 30-days from the date of hire. Farm Bureau Bank matches up to 5% dollar for dollar with immediate vesting upon deposit.

    Team members that were automatically enrolled will have their contributions automatically increased every year on January 1 by 1% for a max of 15%. Employees will have the option to "opt out".

TEAM MEMBER DEVELOPMENT
  • Education Assistance Program
    Farm Bureau Bank reimburses team members $3000 - $5000 for eligible undergraduate expenses and $8000 for MBA or Master's in your FBB profession after competing 1 year of service. Reimbursement is based on grades.

  • Training and Development
    Farm Bureau Bank provides training classes to assist team members with personal and professional development.

OTHER BENEFITS
  • Team Member Assistance Program
    This program is available to all team members and their dependents with various support services including emotional, financial, and legal counseling at no cost.

  • Team Member Referral Program
    Team members are eligible to receive $500 - $1500 for a qualified referral who is hired and successfully completes the required period.

  • Team Member Benefit Program
    Special discounts are available to Farm Bureau Bank team members and their immediate family members on installment loans, CDs and Gift Cards.

  • Free Checking Accounts
    Team members may open two personal accounts. Accounts include free checks, unlimited check usage, online banking, mobile banking, and ATM rebates up to 5 transactions per cycle.

  • Wellness Program
    Farm Bureau Bank will provide all team members with a gym membership for $10 a month.

  • Temporary Child Care
    Farm Bureau Bank strongly believes in providing a family-friendly workplace for our team members. To continue to maintain that environment Farm Bureau Bank has partnered with Kid Space (drop-off child care service) to help our team members with temporary child care services for any kind of last minute emergency changes in your normal child care resources.
