I got a message from Farm Bureau Bank saying my payment was due but I already paid this account. Why did I get this message?

The message you got was an email alert. Email alerts are automatically setup for our Internet Banking users. Email alerts are automatic messages so even if you have already made a payment, for example, your email alert still notifies you when your payment is due.

You can modify email alerts by changing the number of days the email alert is sent to you or you can completely remove the email alert.

To remove the email alerts, log in and select “Credit Card Center.” Once you have successfully accessed your credit card, select “Services” from the top menu bar and then choose “Email alerts.” Then click on the empty check box and click on “Delete Selected Alerts.”

My card expires this month. Why haven’t I gotten new cards yet?

Your old cards are good throughout the month in which they expire. Renewal cards are automatically mailed out and cardholders usually receive them around the third week of the month in which they expire.
