Job Summary: As the most qualified account specialist, this person must possess a thorough knowledge of all products, solve complex technical issues with related banking systems, and apply consumer compliance procedures. Supports the new accounts process by serving in overflow and special products facilitator. Reports directly to the Servicing Support Supervisor.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Extensive knowledge of banking deposits guidelines and fiduciary compliance, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to identify and correct problems; excellent problem/resolution skills, computer literate in business applications programs including Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects and to work with and protect sensitive or confidential customer information and documentation. Ability to analyze situations and make appropriate decisions or to recommend appropriate actions, ability to work a flexible work schedule and understand other bank products and services and must be able to assist performing related duties when required. Maintain current knowledge on Bank Regulations and Risk issues that pertain to Job Duties.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED with some college in business administration courses preferred, five year’s experience in a bank “back office” environment is required, two year’s experience in a customer service-related role and experience with new accounts is required.

Job Summary: The Financial Services Representative (FSR) will be a proactive and responsive sales and marketing resource that works directly with customers and in partnership with insurance agents to sell and service financial services and products. FSRs will perform daily operations activities associated with the Bank’s Financial Centers, provide information and sells appropriate financial services to Farm Bureau members including installment loans, credit cards, mortgage products and depository accounts. FSRs will be responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining acceptable levels of member satisfaction.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skill and excellent leadership and motivation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and self-sufficient and innovative. Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to achieve production goals and exceptional customer/member service skills.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college or equivalent highly desired. Two years sales and customer service experience and product knowledge related to financial products and services is desired.
